The first thing to just make absolutely clear here is that we have absolutely no influence over utilities. We cannot solve the broadband problem on The Hills, for example. We can help to lobby on any key concerns and we can put affected persons together in order to form pressure groups. We would like to build up a picture of any areas of particular concern - so provide as much information as you can.
